Last summer
while browsing the internet for information on kayaking, I discovered
that folks were building their own. Some of the web sites showed photographs
of the procedures. Even though I had never built a boat and wood working
skills were limited, I felt this was a project I could complete. Hungry
for more information, I searched the internet for more. I was astounded
when I discovered your site. It was by far the most informative. I started
building a Cape Ann Single in mid September after reciveing plans from
you. My boat is finished now. The attached photos were taken yesterday
when I removed it from the basement to have it inspected by the Ohio Division
of Watercraft. I was bursting with pride when I saw sunlight hit it for
the first time. This project has been a wonderful experience and I thank
